It's that time of the month again, when I give myself the proverbial pat in the back for emptying all of these products simply because: waste not, want not. :)

Human Nature Balancing Facial Wash & Human Nature Balancing Face Toner
I bought this pair in the middle of May and it took me roughly four months to consume them both. These two make up one of my favorite wash-toner combos. Now that I've emptied them I will try other brands but no matter how far I stray they will remain among my dependable ones. They are specially designed for oily skin so they are a boon to my existence.

Avon Scent Essence Lime Verbena
Goodbye my little freshness in a bottle. I hope I can try the other variants.

Pink Sugar It's Awesome BB Cream in Beige
L'Oreal Paris Color Riche L'Extraordinaire Moisturizing Matte Lippie in Jardin Pamplemousse
Nichido Final Powder in Ivory Glow
All of these products have been reviewed here before so you just click on the clickables for more details.

SkinWhite Naturals Whitening Lotion Papaya Milk
Finally consumed the entire bottle. I didn't like the formula though, it was too runny and felt greasy on the skin.

'Til my next empties post!

XO,
Carissa

...and certainly not my last. :) I decided to make one after reading about it on other blogs. There's something very satisfying about being able to totally consume a product, right? So here are some of the used up stuff in my stash. Honestly, there could have been more if I was able to keep some of the other empty bottles. Anyway, from now on I will be making the Empties blog post along with some comments about each of the product. Some of the featured products here also have detailed reviews so I've included the links so feel free to click click. Here they are.

Nivea Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA++
Here are the Nivea Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA++ details and ingredients.
I totally used this up, squeezed the bottle until it's dried up. I love how light and non-sticky it is on the skin. I love the scent too; it doesn't overwhelm my senses. SPF content is good enough at 25. No whitening properties, just good old skin nourishing and fighting 10 signs of dry and damage.

Pink Sugar Dual Finish Face Powder in Medium Beige
This shade is tad too dark for my light to medium skin because I'm acidic. I'll remind myself to get a lighter shade next time. The powder felt velvety smooth on the skin and it does well in keeping the oiliness and the shininess at bay. This empty powder palette is screaming for a refill. The packaging is really sturdy and I'm currently using it as a backup mirror. I hope Pink Sugar hears me out and releases refills for this. Here's a full review of this powder together with the It's Awesome BB Cream.

e.l.f Tone Adjusting Face Primer in Brightening Lavender
A huge favorite of mine! I was really bummed out when I easily ran out of this primer. Well, it's not like I haven't been using it every single day, but still! I thought the bottle was still somewhat half full because it looked so big so I decided to open it and just pry if I can still scoop some remaining lavender thingy in there. Lo and behold, the bottle is actually hollow and it's just a lavender colored plastic in there that gives the illusion of fullness. The product part is just tiny, right underneath the pump. Oh well! Here's a full review of this product.

Pond's Clear Solutions Anti-bacterial Facial Scrub
Details, ingredients of Pond's Clear Solutions Anti-bacterial Face Scrub
It effectively made my pimples behave but try not to overdo with washing your face using this because it can make the skin look and feel dry.

Bench Bratsplash Gel Sanitizer in Strawberry Shake
I picked this up from Bench over the holidays. It came in a gift set so I have two more of this cute sanitizer in other scents.

Celeteque DermoScience Hydration Alcohol-free Toner
One of my favorite toners. It's very affordable and doesn't sting yet my skin feels cleaner after every use. Here's the review.

Human Nature Perfect Glow Mineral Blush in Pink//
Human Nature Mineral Pressed Powder in Island Shell
The colors suit my skin really well and feels soft and smooth. My concern is always with the powder. They break easily and has caused some mess in my bag for so many times. But, I still love Human Nature products. I totes understand that their powder don't contain synthetic binders or any of the bad stuff like parabens etc.

Human Nature Coffee Body Scrub//
Personal Collection Herbs and Beauty Shampoo Deep Cleansing Essence with Orange and Kiwi
Human Nature's Coffee Body Scrub really smells like coffee and vanilla. It even has coffee granules as exfoliators so my skin gets like a caffeine shot every time I use it. I know that the bottle's not yet totally empty. I'm cutting up the tube this weekend so I'd be able to use it to the very last bit.

On the other hand, here's the Herbs and Beauty Shampoo from Personal Collection, a direct selling company. This huge bottle contains 300 mL of product and it only costs about Php 120.00 so it's definitely a good  buy. It's ideal for family use. I'd have thought I would get dandruff after using this since that's how my scalp usually reacts to new products but surprisingly, I didn't get any.

That's my first Empties post for 2017! 'Till next time!
