Witch's Pouch Selfie Perfect Eyebrow in Gray Brown Review + Swatch + Price

Here's my current go-to brow tool: The Witch's Pouch Selfie Perfect Eyebrow and Imma  do a quick review after the jump.

This one is still part of my Althea shopping spree late last year, so if you want to read about my feedback about shopping with Althea, click here.

WITCH'S POUCH SELFIE PERFECT EYEBROW

That's about an inch of eyebrow product for each retractable pencil.
Eyebrow-logy
Defining the eyebrows is essential, especially for us girls who were not particularly blessed with an abundant pair. I have a pair of sparse ones, and ever since I was in college I have been doing my best to make up for what is lacking in the brow department. I have learned how to use a brow pencil although sometimes I tend to overdo the drawing (oops). I also have learned how to shave away those little hairs, just so my lids would look neat. I can say that I have improved greatly in my brow fixing skills. Kilay is life, they would say. It frames the face; it's an instant look upgrade. Personally, I feel more forward, comfortable and confident at work if my brows are looking on fine or as the girls of these days say it, "on fleek".

However, let's be honest. How many of us actually have the time to fix our brows in the morning? In between preparing to go to work and helping your kid to prepare for school, do you still time to slay the kilay game? Well, this product has been helping me look presentable in a breeze.

My Take
I'll just say it first thing and upfront: I love this eyebrow liner from Witch's Pouch. The size of the tip is just right for drawing those tiny, feather-like strokes. The liner is also not too soft, so lines drawn don't end up looking messy. Color payoff is also great. Gray Brown is a good match for black-haired Filipinas such as me.

Just a bunch of Korean stuff we can't read here, LOL. :)
I am hopeless when it comes to the Korean language and I'm not a KPOP fan either so I cannot read anything in here. Maybe the ingredients list is written.

If there's anything that I am not happy about this one, it's that the liner is kinda short. :( Thankfully it came with an extra refill that but that's just about two inches of pencil liners combined and won't last long if you draw your eyebrows every single day.

Can't complain about having a nice spoolie on the other end, very convenient.

WITCH'S POUCH SELFIE PERFECT EYEBROW GRAY BROWN SWATCH
Swatched.
So here's the swatch in Gray Brown which is really a perfect match for my hair color. I thought dark brown would be great but I think this type of color is a better match for me. For reference, I've put some water on the swatch, you can see that it's not really waterproof. I don't really sweat excessively enough to dissolve these on my brows, so no worries.
After going through a bit of water.
WITCH'S POUCH SELFIE PERFECT EYEBROW GRAY BROWN IN ACTION
Here's an example on how I work it on my brows. Not perfect yet but like I said, we're there. :) And the Witch's Pouch Selfie Perfect Eyebrow Liner has been a great companion.
Kill-ayin it!
To recap, I love how convenient this product is. It's in a pencil form so you can easily pack it in your purse or you can easily store it at home and it won't take a lot of space. It comes with a spoolie so you don't need to pack an extra brush in case you need to bring this around. Using it is easy and mess-free with that small tip. It looks natural on the brows. You know I've seen those too perfect brows on YouTube and Instagram and I know they look gorge but I think it looks too made up and maybe perfect for a beauty pageant or something but for an  on-the-go working mama like me, natural looking brows are a good way to go.

I would have been happier if it contained more product. Or if I actually hoarded this when it was still on Althea coz right now they're sold-out. I'm running on my refills now and the pencil kind of breaks too when you get to the very end. Anyway, the pencils lasted for about three months on me. Looks like I'll be on the look out for a new kilay product soon.

XO,
Carissa
